Reception and Briefing
Upon arrival of participants, all personal protective equipment will be delivered.
technical and safety briefing
The activity instructor / Guide will explain all the safety rules and basic techniques for progression in stand up paddle. In order to train all participants with the minimum knowledge to be able to enjoy the activity with maximum safety local.
Route
The start and end of the activity will be in the same place, next to the D'Uportinho Restaurant located in Portinho da Arrábida.
