After thoroughly researching numerous operators offering similar water excursions, we were thrilled with our selection. The vessel accommodated a small group, creating an intimate and uncrowded experience during our journey. The staff struck the perfect balance between being relaxed and personable while maintaining proper safety protocols, delivering exceptional service throughout. We were treated to a variety of refreshments and light bites that were perfectly timed, along with unlimited access to complimentary beverages including several cocktail options. Having participated in similar underwater viewing experiences at various destinations, we understand that conditions can vary greatly and are beyond anyone's control. On this occasion, water clarity ranged from moderate to quite good, allowing us to observe submerged structures with abundant aquatic creatures, which was a new experience for us. Overall, we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our outing.

It's important to note that this activity may not be suitable for guests with limited physical capability. Accessing the main vessel requires transferring from a smaller craft and ascending a ladder between boats. Entering the water for the underwater portion involves descending the ladder while wearing equipment and essentially dropping in. Exiting requires gripping the ladder, removing your gear, and climbing back up. While this presented no difficulty for us, I would recommend a different vessel option with gradual entry steps for elderly family members or those requiring easier water access.

The team provided excellent assistance both above and below the surface, ensuring all participants felt at ease, including those new to the activity.

The early excursion we took was absolutely wonderful! The staff managed every aspect seamlessly! The quality of service was exceptional! We encountered abundant marine life and amazing creatures. In my view, the two locations visited weren't ideal for this type of water activity. At the first stop, the main attraction lies too far below the surface to appreciate from above unless you're skilled at diving down without equipment. Marine life was sparse, and the primary feature sits in deep water, making it better suited for those with proper diving gear. The second location had issues with positioning—our vessel anchored quite a distance from where the aquatic life congregated, and nobody on staff bothered to direct us to the better area. I had to locate it on my own. This site lacked proper coral formations and only featured rocky substrate. The staff members were pleasant and hospitable. They offered light refreshments, though nothing substantial enough to be considered a proper meal. The champagne-based drinks seemed to lack any alcoholic content. Don't be misled by their advertised unlimited beverage service—you actually have to pay for it. Overall, the experience matched the price point we paid.
