Our departure is in Lisbon. Depending on where you are, we may cross the modern Vasco da Gama bridge or the red 25 de Abril bridge.

The fastest and most comfortable method to arrive to Algarve is via highway from Lisbon. Our first sightseeing stop would be around 2 hours and 30 minutes away. Gas stations are spaced every 20 minutes along the highway.

Beautiful Marinha Beach is a short distance between Carvoeiro and Benagil and is typically the farthest point the boat travels from Portimo.

The rock structure at Algar seco, Carvoeiro, includes a Boneca. The rocks have incredible colors and shapes.

You can take a lovely trail from Algar Seco to ascend the cliffs and then descend a little to get a sense of what to expect from the boat excursion (if chosen).

After Ponta da Piedade, you can choose between taking the highway back home faster or taking the west coast. Although it takes longer, returning down the west shore is more lovely. It is advised to return by roadway in the winter when there are less daylight hours; otherwise, you have the choice and the option.
